      This is a hybrid role in Redmond.
      Pay Range: $40/hr – $45/hr

      Our client is a leader in the gaming space and looking for an Infrastructure Program Manager.

      The Infrastructure Program Manager’s Job Responsibilities:

      • Assign tasks (incidents and projects) to MSA team members, measure quality of work and SLA adherence. 
      • Determine and administrate on-call rotation/schedule. 
      • Reporting: Provide reporting on support incidents and adherence to SLA’s  
      • Create and assign work as needed for improvements in documentation and policies 
      • AAA Games expereince is a large plus 

       

      The target hiring compensation range for this role is $40/hr – $45/hr.
