Our client is seeking a proficient Marketing and Lead Generation Specialist to join their team and accelerate the lead acquisition process. This part-time role (10-20 hours per week) is ideal for someone who is adept at generating Marketing Qualified Leads (MQLs) to funnel to the sales team.

Company Overview: Our client is a groundbreaking food tech startup revolutionizing the way restaurants connect with food suppliers. Their ERP solutions streamline the ordering process, eliminating the need for manual entries through innovative AI technology. This unique business model provides services to restaurants free of charge, generating revenue from food suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies focusing on food suppliers.
  • Utilize SEM (Search Engine Marketing) and LinkedIn advertising to drive leads.
  • Manage and optimize ad expenditure to ensure effective lead generation.
  • Create and execute innovative marketing campaigns tailored to the target audience.
  • Continuously adapt strategies to an evolving market environment.
  • Provide regular updates and reports on lead generation performance.


  • Proven experience in Marketing and Lead Generation, particularly in traditional industries.
  • Proficiency in SEM, LinkedIn advertising, and managing ad expenditure.
  • Strong understanding of Google Analytics.
  • Ability to work independently and craft creative strategies.
  • Excellent communication and self-sufficiency.
  • Experience with a little design work is a plus but not required.
  • Must have own equipment.
  • Immediate start preferred.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is $30 to $35/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
