The purpose of this team is doing PMO work across regulatory events and CoS office. Admin staff work when head is OOO. FSI Team and it’s a worldwide team. Will have support worldwide teams.
• Key projects: This role will contribute to compliance and regulatory marketing events. Owning the events and outputs for those events with ample follow-up.
• Typical task breakdown and operating rhythm: The role will consist of:
• Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities.
• Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients.
• Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence.
• Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects.

Candidate Requirements
• Years of Experience Required: 2-4 overall years of experience in the field.
• Degrees or certifications required: Bachelor’s degree in business administration or a related field degree is preferred for this role.
• Disqualifiers: Candidates with 0 hard skills will not be eligible for the role.
• Candidates also need to be able and willing to work across multiple timezones
• Best vs. Average: The ideal resume would contain:
• MSFT Experience is necessary
• Very Data and PMO heavy.
• Self Starter and Time Management skills
• Verbal and written communication skills, problem solving skills, attention to detail and interpersonal skills.
• Basic ability to work independently and manage one’s time.
• Basic knowledge of production processes, quality control, costs and other techniques for maximizing the effective manufacture and distribution of goods.
• Basic knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods.
• Basic knowledge of computer software, such as MS Word, MS PowerPoint, MS Project, Excel etc.
• Performance Indicators: Performance will be assessed based on Meeting Deadlines, Communication, Quality of Work, Tracking of events that he/she will be responsible and delivering on that.

1. Prior Big Tech client
2. 2 Years PMO Experience
3. 2 Years of Data Experience (Excel Wizard) and ability to do PowerBI dashboards
4. 2 Years Event Plan experience

• Expected Dates that Hard Skills Assessments will be scheduled: ASAP
• Hard Skills Assessment Process: The assessment process will include Panel style HSA; 30 minutes;
• Required Candidate Preparation: Candidates should have Excel Data and PMO reviewal as well as event planning prepared prior to the assessment.
