EXCITING SENIOR BRAND MANAGER OPPORTUNITY at GROWING CONSUMER HEALTHCARE PRODUCTS COMPANY
Our client, a dynamic and rapidly expanding healthcare company that provides innovative products that improve the quality of consumers’ lives of your life, is seeking a collaborative and enthusiastic Senior Brand Manager to join their team. The ideal candidate has 7-8 years of relevant work experience and is passionate about marketing and brand management. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will build and own your brands, bringing creativity and new thinking to contribute to the overall growth of the parent company. You will contribute clear thought leadership and expertise to gain influence over the trajectory of the marketing organization. As a Senior Brand Manager, you will have primary responsibility managing 7 brands and bringing them to life at various levels from packaging and web through engaging marketing campaigns across multiple channels, analyzing performance data and consumer insights to drive strong business results.
You will have the opportunity to:
- Develop and execute integrated marketing plans including sales budgets, advertising/media and promotions that align with the company’s overall objectives and effectively reach target audiences.
- Collaborate cross-functionally to achieve business results with Sales, Customer Marketing, Supply Chain, R&D, Technical Development, eCommerce, Marketing Operations, Finance
- Partner with external agencies to set up, execute, and evaluate marketing campaigns and initiatives. Provide actionable insight to optimize spend and drive growth.
- Analyze key business trends and provide input on gaps and opportunities; Present business updates to management and agency partners.
- Undertake research to generate necessary consumer insights relating to category, competition, positioning and communication to optimize brand initiatives.
Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) in Marketing or closely related field and 7-8 years of related experience and/or training.
- Solid project management capabilities with the ability to organize and manage multiple projects simultaneously from start to finish.
- Experience launching new products.
- Strong creative thinking and problem-solving abilities, with a track record of turning ideas into actionable marketing plans.
- Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action.
- Fluent in Microsoft Office Applications
It’s a plus!
- MBA in Marketing, or related field
- 7+ years of experience in CPG brand marketing
- OTC pharma marketing experience
