SkillStack is a bi-annual service that shows you your SkillStack, which is the umbrella term that includes your Tech Stack, The products relying on it, if this technology is invested in and if products are relying on it, or if they are being phased out (and what risk that signifies), and the employees who take care of it, if you have enough of them in different tiers to handle a P1 outage (defined as a major critical and loss of all service outage), and any skill gaps you might have that need to be addressed and with what urgency.
