      Our client is seeking a Category Marketing Manager. The position is a 6 month contract with high likelihood of extending or converting! Fully on-site in Hoboken, New Jersey.

      JOB OVERVIEW

      We are looking for a curious-minded and organized Coordinator / Assoc. Manager to help the team execute omni-channel integrated advertising programs for our client. This complex, cross-functional role will be responsible for project coordination and helping with project management and implementation of marketing campaigns that span across the omni-channel ecosystem (in-store and online). This role will support a Sr. Manager(s) and work daily with advertising sales, and Site Experience teams, as well as partner with cross-functional teams to help deliver high-impact marketing solutions for clients.

      Specifically, we’re looking for highly organized, ambitious, creative, flexible, people-oriented team members who are truly willing to roll up their sleeves in both structured and unstructured ways to deliver on department goals and Supplier needs.

      This role has a strong focus in working with our Site partners to deliver for our supplier partners by providing marketing placements that help drive shopping experiences. Start off executing these programs while you develop the skills to build these programs as your career develops with us.

      POSITION DESCRIPTION
      • Support and Execution of supplier-specific Site placements on working with teams across Site, Creative, Sales, Account Managers to deliver
      • Help with execution of supplier-specific custom marketing campaigns for Clients
      • Vet and help execute innovative ideas and programs in partnership with cross-functional stakeholders
      • Assist in the management approvals, execution, and measurement of marketing campaigns
      • Provide support for general department day-to-day department functions, such as owning tracking documents.
      • Actively facilitate and participate in brainstorming and working sessions across cross-functional teams
      • Serve Sales department and support the growth and evolution of integrated marketing 
      · Demonstrate a spirit of partnership, collaboration, and operational agility and excellence.

      The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $50 to $58 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
