We’re seeking a passionate and talented Graphic Designer to join our client’s dynamic team by supporting design templates. You’ll be at the forefront, crafting high-quality, user-centric templates that push boundaries and set the standard. Think AI-ready designs, global accessibility, and cutting-edge style – all while collaborating with external agencies and keeping your finger on the design pulse.

Job Description/Responsibilities:

• Design high quality templates using foundational design principles, following latest technical guidelines, and a focus on user empathy (technical functionality, AI-compatibility, and translation to other languages)

• Document new processes and guidelines for external agencies

• Experiment with and work in new tools, providing feedback and learning quickly

• Research, organize, and document various design styles, trends, and composition types for agency art direction

• Creative problem solving with high attention to detail

• Various design and production work related to high volumes of files provided by design agencies

• Review and provide creative feedback to design agencies

Requirements:

• A portfolio showcasing strong graphic design skills particularly in typography, layout, color, and composition in a variety of styles and mediums

• Demonstrated understanding of current design trends and relevant cultural aesthetic without compromising foundational design principles

• Ability to prioritize tasks effectively, organize workflows, and document new requirements

• Experience balancing between deep-focus design work and a fast paced production environment

• Ability to communicate design decisions and provide creative feedback in a succinct and actionable way

Preferred:

• 3+ years of graphic or visual design experience

• A Bachelor’s degree in a related field

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $45 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
