Our leading insurance client based in Newark, NJ is looking for an amazing Graphic Designer with UX/UI skills to join their team on a hybrid basis!

What you’ll bring:

• Exceptional traditional print and UX/UI skills.
• Proficiency in products like Figma/XD, InDesign, and After Effects.
• Experience with coding and ability to troubleshoot using HTML, CSS, and comparable languages.
• Demonstrate the ability to perform well and remain organized under tight deadlines.

What you’ll do:

• Combine UX thinking with design execution, to produce usable and intuitive user interfaces and elegant solutions for web.
• Collaborate with product and marketing team to evolve and refine design, ensuring visual cohesion and engineering efficiency across all user touchpoints.
• Help build out design processes, tools, and culture.
• Help build design system components and create stylesheets.
• Communicate design solutions to developers and stakeholders.

The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $40 to $50 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
