      The Senior UX Research Professional creates and executes research plans for digital products including website and native mobile app. Using both quantitative and qualitative analysis, this role will guide UX and Visual Designers, Copywriters, Content Strategists and Digital Product Managers on strategy, approach, and execution of the user-experience. The primary focus for this role will be to coordinate with the team to identify the problem, build a research plan, and execute that plan using a variety of tactics and tools, including, but not limited to moderated and unmoderated tests and AB tests. May assist in the planning of digital product strategy. May make hardware and/or software purchasing recommendations or decisions regarding research opportunities. Makes decisions on moderately complex to complex issues regarding technical approach for project components, and work is performed without direction. Exercises considerable latitude in determining objectives and approaches to assignments.

      Required Qualifications
      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in a related field.
      • 5 or more years of user-research in a digital product/UX environment.
      • Strong understanding of user-research techniques and applications.
      • Demonstrated ability to work with and influence stakeholders to determine business strategy in the digital space, develop and execute big ideas while maintaining collaborative working relationships.
      • Experience working with business, technical and design guideline constraints.
      • Experience in working on multiple projects simultaneously.
      • Demonstrated experience in defining research criteria, leading, or participating in user research, and providing analysis and direction to key stakeholders.
      • Must be passionate about contributing to an organization focused on continuously improving consumer experiences.

      Preferred Qualifications
      • Ability to be flexible in a very fluid and dynamic environment.
      • Must be extremely well-organized and capable of handling multiple (and sometimes conflicting) priorities effectively.
      • Excellent verbal, written and presentation skills.

      Additional Information
      • Experience working in a digital product environment.
      • Experience leading moderated research with a variety of audiences.
      • Experience using unmoderated/survey tools (e.g. UserZoom)
      • Experience doing user-testing on low- and high-fidelity user-experiences.

      The target hiring compensation range for this role is the equivalent of $57 to $63 an hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match.
