Calling all Sample Coordinators in the LA area to work for a major entertainment brand!
Responsibilities:
- Identification & tracking of samples sent to our office from oversees vendors (range of 300 – 1000 samples each month). Creates labels with item number and launch date and traffics to various parties
- Updates various spreadsheets
- Process and track vendor invoices
- Organize and keep sample room and studio tidy
- Communicate with Buyers & Photographers
Basic Qualifications:
- Must be able to drive a compant owned cargo van (no special license – class c drivers license is fine) to various locations (in the Los Angeles and/or Orange County areas) depending on where photo shoots take place
- Must be able to lift and move boxes up to 30-40 lbs when receiving packages
- Proficient in Excel and Google docs suite – Enter data on spreadsheets and/or in the system for tracking
Preferred Qualifications:
- Knowledge of Photography
- Background in Production as a PA or Coord is Highly Preferred
- Photoshop
- Video editing
The target hiring compensation range for this role is $25- $30/hour. Compensation is based on several factors including, but not limited to education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location. Additional benefits offered may include; medical health insurance and dental insurance, life insurance, and eligibility to participate in 401k plan with company match (if applicable).
